We sold 22 cars between the two dealerships today. We’ll have 65 (130 in total) delivered at both stores by end of day Monday. Last month (BRD – Before Rich Dealers), we delivered 110 in total and bled like a gunshot wound. Even service is up 20% this month!
Now, I know it’s spring in New England, Hyundai’s hot, March is always good, February always stinks, etc, but we have SO MANY people coming in saying, “I hear you can payoff my trade.”
We’ve been running $40k of TV advertising a month for a year and only my neighbors and the moms at preschool drop off commented.
This month, I have salespeople coming into my office saying they have a customer who wants to meet me because they saw me on TV and they don’t really believe that I’m there…no joke!
Most importantly, this is the first Saturday in a year and a half that I left my Blackberry in the house and enjoyed an uninterrupted day with my kids. They were actually talking to me and not my forehead!
After this success, I am implementing everything just as I’m told (I’m a great follower).
